Next Steps

Discovery & Scoping Session
The Bushey Team will schedule a meeting to understand the your Project/Programme objectives, current challenges, and landscape. This helps us define the scope, priorities, and success criteria. Depending on the complexity and size of the Project/Programme, this may require follow up meetings.

Proposal & Commercial Agreement
The Bushey Team will create the DRAFT Proposal. This will initially presented for you to validate the Scope, Deliverables and Timeline and ensure we have the required details and that the Timeline aligns with the objectives of the business. Once the Draft Scope Proposal has been approved, the Bushey Team will create a Final Proposal with the Commercial pricing attached, and this will be sent over for review and approval.

Project Kick-Off Planning
Once Bushey receive a signed order from you, we will actively build the Project Governance and allocate Bushey resource to the Project. The Bushey Project Team will execute a number of internal Governance activities, and this will include booking the Project Kick Off Meeting (PKOM) with you. This will be led by the Bushey Team and we will walk through the PKOM Agenda and DRAFT copies of the Project Governance material.

Resource Allocation & Mobilisation
Bushey will introduce the assigned project lead, and where appropriate delivery teams, and assurance support. The Bushey PMO will ensure all the required tools, templates, and access are in place for a smooth start. Where required Bushey will work with you to expedite the onboarding of the Bushey Team.

Delivery Framework Setup
The Bushey Team will implement our own project management methodology (BCF), where required any changes required to align with your Governance requirements will have been discussed prior to engagement and some of this will have already been applied ready to start the Project. reporting dashboards, and risk registers. Align with client governance and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
We will establish a structured Communications Plan that includes regular reporting cadence, executive-level updates, and feedback loops. We ensure stakeholders are informed, involved, and empowered throughout the project lifecycle.
