AssureChange®

Our Control Layer for Every Transformation We Deliver

AssureChange® is Bushey’s proprietary delivery assurance framework. It is embedded within every Bushey-led engagement to maintain clear ownership, evidence-based decisions, delivery control and operational validation.

Why AssureChange® Exists

Because Oversight Isn’t the Same as Control

Traditional programme governance often provides reporting without establishing clear decision authority or accountability.

AssureChange® connects delivery activity to a consistent control structure so that:

This allows transformation to move forward with greater clarity, control and executive confidence.

Why AssureChange exists

How AssureChange® Works

From intent to operational stability

AssureChange® spans the full lifecycle of transformation, ensuring everything is aligned and controlled from the outset through to stable operation.

01

Alignment & Readiness

What ‘done’ looks like, in writing, agreed before work starts.

Owner: Bushey delivery lead + your sponsor, jointly.

02

Definition & Governance Lock

Scope, delivery approach, and decision rights locked, so scope creep requires a conscious decision, not a drift.

03

Execution & Control

Delivery runs against a structure with visibility of progress and decisions at every point, not just a RAG status.

04

Adoption & Outcome Validation

We confirm the outcome is actually achieved and adopted, not just shipped.

05

Closure & Executive Assurance

Formal sign-off, in writing, confirming the outcome holds, with our name on it.

At every stage, decisions are clear, evidence supports progress, and accountability remains visible, to you, your board, and us.

What Makes AssureChange® Different

Control, built into delivery, not bolted on afterward

This is not

This is not a client methodology, software product or reporting overlay.

WHAT IT IS

It is the internal framework Bushey uses to assure its own delivery and maintain consistent control across the engagement.

Where This Actually Got Tested

On a financial services core-systems programme, the client’s operations team asked mid-build for what they called a ‘small addition’ to scope, a new reporting feed, no big deal.

Because Governance Lock meant every scope change had to be logged, costed, and signed off rather than quietly absorbed, the request went to the steering board as a proper change request: two extra weeks, a defined cost, a named approver.

The board chose to approve it, eyes open, instead of finding out three months later why the original deadline had slipped and nobody could say why.
